Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, purchasing images, or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Jesse Donez Photography provides photography services for:

  • High school, college, and semi-pro sports

  • Team and individual portraits

  • Events and game-day coverage

  • Image licensing and digital delivery

3. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm a booking.

  • Payment must be made by the agreed-upon due date.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Image Delivery

  • Edited images will be delivered via online gallery or email link within agreed upon number of days after the event/session.

  • Raw files are not provided unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Copyright & Licensing

  • All images remain the intellectual property of Jesse Donez Photography or Idaho Recruit Hub.

  • Clients are granted a limited-use license for personal, promotional, or editorial use (as specified).

  • Images may not be resold, altered, or used commercially without written permission or extended licensing.

6. Image Usage by Photographer

  • Jesse Donez Photography reserves the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, social media, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Client Conduct & Consent

  • Clients agree to behave respectfully during shoots and events.

  • By participating in a session, subjects grant consent to be photographed and for images to be used per these terms.

8. Refunds & Reshoots

  • Due to the nature of photography, refunds are generally not issued after a session has taken place.

  • Reshoots may be offered at the photographer’s discretion in the event of technical failure or severe dissatisfaction.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Jesse Donez Photography is not liable for any damages, loss of data, or missed shots due to conditions beyond control (e.g., weather, venue restrictions).

  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the session or service.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
